COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Soft Servo DC150-02C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Velconic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telsor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Velconic such as the VLNBT050P3VAXIVLNBT050P3VAXI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N3220N1U manufactured by Teco and we are pleased to be able to service most Teco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2024 by Manufacturer Telsor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teco Brand A5102050C3U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ultratech-Stepper such as 731599 equipment made by Ultratech-Stepper have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ultratech-Stepper products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ultratech-Stepper" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LXM15LD21M3 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular E07H10F16P16R16SPL original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV66U41N4 by Telemecanique and 731599 spares by Ultratech-Stepper are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FDS4024B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober. |
